Google has entered the New Year with a new problem with its Gmail. We reported last week that an unidentified bug is deleting Gmail inboxes and contacts permanently. Now, the search  engine is facing yet another serious problem with its Gmail service. A TechCrunch story explains Gmail contact lists can be downloaded by adding a code to their server and exploiting Google's JSON API, a new service that provides unified for web search, image search, blog search and video search. In other words, the Gmail is now open for spammers, who can easily access contact lists of users and cause serious security threats.
