We have an external link page and don`t use nofollow anywhere. My pagerank dropped form 4 to 3 and i am thinking to Nofollow some external links. I am planning to Nofollow only links that are not in the same business category as us. Is this an good idea or should i Nofollow every external link on our website?

Hi,
there is still a lot of talk about NOFOLLOW and just as much "evidence" in forums pointing in all directions, i.e. that it's a good thing to do and a very bad one.
I do believe in using this tool when I need to point to a SPAMMER or to someone I do not trust, but I am against using the NOFOLLOW as a means to channel "link juice" as it is called these days.
In my opinion if a link is there then it needs to be there - if not get rid of it.
Search Engines can do a very good job at mapping our websites and they really don't need us "helping them" out with the NOFOLLOW attribute - this is my very personal point of view.
So my advice is to keep away from the NOFLLOW and simply clean up your website from links that are not important - the search engines will do the rest :)
