Yahoo! has come out with a unique creation titled YPN blog. The facility would be beneficial for the publishers as it would keep them updated about the latest industry trends ranging from product-focused industry blog to publisher interviews. Not only this, YPN blog would also act as a new platform for the ones who want to learn and experience more success in the publishing industry. It seems that Yahoo! in a course of years will lead the search engine market. Keep goin' guys.
The pics on Flickr or the team picture with flying Ys are simply amazing. Check it out. A YPN publisher weekly will be the main attraction in their Publisher Spotlight which would be displayed on the blog. Hmm interesting. And to add more to this, YPN will also be featuring guest bloggers writing columns which are focused on the readers. Want more? well here it is. Apart from these, the facility also features a poll running, which would enable you to see how everybody else votes. For example the recent poll is "Do you think contextual ads are appropriate for RSS?"
If there are positive aspects of YPN, then negative aspects come along with it. Confused? let me explain. It is found that this unique blog doesn't work well on the Mozilla Firefox, followed by its dark grey colored text which cannot be read well because of an extraordinary dark background. However, the IE version is found to be compatible enough for the YPN.
No matter how well this blog will perform in near future, but all the credit goes to the YPN team who have done a remarkable job in its creation.
