Yahoo recently released Inquisitor for iPhone users. The application is considered to make searching on mobiles faster since it will give suggestions and auto-complete your search, the moment you type. At present the new application is available at Apple outlets in the following countries:

  • Canada
  • UK
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Although, search results and suggestions are provided through Yahoo!s U.S. index by default but you can change it to other countries' search engines. To change the setting just select the appropriate options from the Inquisitor menu.

However, the new options are not yet available for opera or chrome users.

This is great news !! here in Spain Google has almost a 96% of market share on Search engines. I guess working this mobile search engine niche would help Yahoo to fight for a better share in the tart.
Right now thinking on mobile is a estragetic approach not to forget!!

Congratulations for your Great Blog !!
