Yahoo! has reported that some changes have been introduced to Yahoo! Search Assist that will provide the near real-time suggestions when the user type their query. Unlike before, the search results would now be more filtered and refined. The moment you type the query, it will show the list of fresh and nearest suggestions related to the query of course.

Lets take a look over to a screen shot.

Here the query typed was 'Netherlands vs' and the moment web search button was hit, it showed the current and nearest suggestions. As here you can see Netherlands vs Brazil, the world cup
football, that was held yesterday, appearing on the top.

The same feature prevails for in the Yahoo! News Search, wherein you will be able to get the most current and the latest information related to the query. This feature has really enhanced the search query experience by providing the most latest information.
