Keeping the corporate marathon alive, Yahoo! Inc announced that it has finalized the details and stipulations to acquire Tensa Kft (also known as IndexTools ) which has been a leading provider of web analytics software for online marketing.

The acquisition will not only be limited to IndexTools Web Analytics division, but would also include its Research and Development (R&D) division as well. This addition will greatly enhance Yahoo's services and efforts towards improving its clients' online marketing efforts.
