Google My Business Allows Agencies to Manage Unlimited Locations Using New Dashboard

Google My Business has officially launched the new Agency Dashboard which has the ability to manage a large number of Good listings in one place. Google had announced last month that the new dashboard was about to be rolled out, also allowing agencies to register their first Google My Business accounts

Earlier, a single GMB account was limited to managing only up to 100 locations. Agency accounts now have the ability to manage innumerable locations.

Managing all locations under a single account: From now on, all registered agencies will be able to manage thousands of locations within a single Organization Account with a single organization account with quick performance.

Send and receive invitations for managing lists: The new Agency Dashboard ensures sending and receiving invitations for managing Google listings easier. Agencies can also see the status of these requests straight from the agency dashboard.

Location Groups: In order to simplify location management, all locations inside an organization account need to be contained inside a location group(earlier called a business account). Agencies may request access to the customer’s location either through a location group or by inviting them to their location group for co-managing their listing.

User Groups: User Groups allow agencies to manage teams in an efficient manner and control access to their location groups.

Search: The Agency Dashboard enables you to search for locations in an efficient manner within your whole account or within a specific Location Group.
