Google has a new favicon- a slender ‘g’ in blue color, quite like the icons of Android and iOS mobile search apps. This is the new favicon:
This integration at the icon level is perhaps another step towards standardizing all Google platforms with same icon- on the lines of strengthening the brand recognition.
