John Mueller announced that the Search Console will now give the estimation of the severity of blocked resources with the Fetch & Render Tool.
The Blocked Resources report shows a bigger picture of the blocked embedded content. An individual page can be checked using the Fetch & Render tool which shows how Googlebot vies the page, and compare it to how a user sees it.
Mueller said, Google wants to recognize the mobile friendliness of the site and would like to show the site for the embedded content(to pull in additional information).
