Google has rolled out a new and enhanced version of Google My Business app that helps business owners to reach out to a greater number of people and connect with them. There is a simple, hassle-free way to gain prominence in Google with a unique Business Profile. With a simple press of the new button on Google My Business app, you can upload a picture, conceptualize an event or new offer and add it to your Business Profile. You can also manage details related to your business on Google by using the Profile tab and view your edits appear prominently across search and maps.

When people come across you on Google, they will try to connect with you in a number of ways-through messages, booking your services, writing a product/service review or by following you. From now on, you can view all these customers on Google on the Customers tab of the app. On this tab, you can reply to their reviews and post offers to people who are following you. Google My Business will notify you each time to you acquire a new customer connection.

You can also keep a track of the total number of people who are finding and connecting with you via your Business Profile on Google. Keeping in mind the convenience of people who have such profiles, Google has put profile results on the front and center of the home screen.
