Connect phone sales back to the original ad campaign, as Bing Ads now allows to import call conversion data, using the offline conversion import which was released the past September.

It can be integrated to any call-tracking system using the Offline Conversion Import tool offered by Bing Ads.

The first call-tracking system to support Bing Ads and use the new call conversion capability is CallTrackingMetrics.

Businesses using the call-tracking system can have the call conversion data imported automatically to their Bing Ads campaign.

The company says “This enables better reporting insights, campaign optimizations and platform enhancements based on the wider impact of your search campaigns”. They also hope for more call-tracking systems to use their feature.

For the records, Google AdWords advertisers can retrieve call conversion data since July, 2016. However, Google forwarding numbers are required to get all the data.
