Last month Google announced they would be removing Toolbar PageRank. Now Google has finally pulled the plug on PageRank data from Toolbar and other tools that can fetch the score.

Internet is flooded with reports that say they have seen their PageRank disappearing over the weekend. The truth is, it’s not the PageRank that has gone, it’s the Toolbar version that is dead.

The last Toolbar PageRank update came in December 2013 and later Google said

“PageRank is something that we haven’t updated for over a year now, and we’re probably not going to be updating it again gong forward, at least the Toolbar version.”
